Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Used to provide project management and visibility for various teams across the company. Interlinking overarching boards with collaborative boards that detail the day-to-day tasks and projects that our agencies are working with us on.

Creates a source of truth of all the project specific documents, communication, and updates for each task.

It has everything most people will need. If you are after more complex calculations, while it may not be possible to do on monday.com directly, the time savings by having everything else on monday.com more than makes up for it.
Have yet to use this but the support when looking to get an idea of what monday.com could offer our organisation was fast and informative.
Have yet to encounter any issues with monday.com that have disrupted the business and workflow. Everything is very stable with lots of communication for any updates and changes.

monday.com is great for project management across the company and excels when there are multiple boards required for different departments. These boards can relay information to a master board that specific users have visibility across. Secondary boards can be made to collaborate with teams outside the organisation. This makes monday.com the one source of truth for all projects. With the ability to house comments, updates, and files, it means there is less time searching in emails and more time to work on projects. The one shortfall is the lack of ability to create complex formulas to track certain KPIs. But that can be done through Excel by exporting everything as a CSV.
