Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has been so helpful in quickly and easily conveying information within the company, without having the need to search through emails. The activity log is most helpful, however, when converting to or from an item/subitem, all of that log disappears. Other than that, the automations and board linking is fantastic!

The help section is incredible for self sourcing information on how to adopt these
The two times I've had to ask support questions, they were very quick to answer them - even if the answer was looking into the feature in future
Of late, it has been much slower than what it has been in the past. Specifically to creating copies on other boards etc

Emails tend to get 'lost' these days. I created a new board across two different departments with all of the necessary information, and that has removed the 'I can't find this information' emails. This board was also labelled a 'gamechanger' by an executive in the company.
