Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage the day to day operations and tasks of our company. With a lot of moving parts to each of our projects, this keeps our team on track and informed from lead to completion.

I feel that it is quite difficult to know the capabilities of monday.com in it's entirety i.e. how we could be using it better to suit our business.
I have never used this service.
For what we use it for, monday.com works very well. I feel we could be using it to more advantage if we knew how.

Managing our client leads is extremely easy with monday.com. Our project management team are delivering seamless projects on time every time with no delays due to communication breakdown. We find it less effective for last minute jobs that come through. It's not worth the time to set up and update a board for a project that that moves in and out of the system within a few days.
