Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We initially started using monday.com to streamline our calendar management process. This quickly expanded to project management, workload management to create visibility and transparency for 500 users.

The best part of monday.com is being very user intuitive if the workflow is set up correctly. For simple use cases template centre has a lot of options to choose from. For more complicated use cases I recommend engaging a customer success manager or a certified partner. It is also important to have internal champions for the success of the product adoption.
The support team is responsive for easy queries however in my experience for complex use cases you need expert involvement. CSMs could fill that gap if you get assigned to one. My experience wasn't particularly great with our dedicated CSM especially if they are on an extended leave or you need an urgent validation. For big enterprise implementation, I highly recommend involving a professional services team and ensure you have a dedicated champion(s) to build a complex workflow successfully.
There can be performance issues from time to time. I use the system heavily so I notice the performance issues around automation promptly but they don't happen often since the change of the infrastructure.
