Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We us it for our CRM, managing and processing orders

Pros

  • I love the use of Automations, being able to connect to Gmail and other automation apps like Make
  • Interface is clean and intuative
  • Always improving and adding new awesome features

Cons

  • More custom and advanced features
  • Time savings and efficiency
Clean, modern and intuitive, very easy to use!
Experienced troubleshooting a problem with a live person
The features have worked as designed with no issues, they are constantly updating. Just some of the partner apps aren't the greatest i.e. Live spreadsheets
