Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We needed a tracking and monitoring project management solutions that everyone can access simultaneously. monday.com was perfect because we can also use the widgets and charts to generate daily and weekly reports.

I think in general, monday.com has been very straightforward in terms of operability. Because we manage different projects simultaneously, it's so much easier to jump on different dashboard in just one app, and it makes it a one-stop shop for everything that I need as a project team lead. There will be instances when I do need more complex formulas and widgets, which I hope would be more intuitive, but the help chat function is always helpful too.
I think monday.com has been so helpful for real-time cross-collaboration between teams and even external stakeholders. It takes away a lot of the process flow sending out emails, reading through different email threads.
There are so many great features on monday.com that for most of my daily tasks, I have everything I need there. The project management tools have been amazing, the progress tracking, the visualisation of reports. monday.com has made our team's work so much easier, and made a better flow of our process.

Slack, Oracle Management Cloud, Okta Workflows (Azuqua)
We used to use SharePoint which makes it so much more difficult to track timing as well as status of a project. As project managers, we also need to send weekly and monthly snapshots of pending and completed projects. monday.com made it so much easier to automate work too. I specifically love the automation tools that frees me up some work. An example would be notifying a person automatically when files are sent through.
