Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Companywide usage for workflow. Tasks may be assigned to us by management, and this works as our head office is overseas. Tracking tasks if there are multiple people involved and providing extra assistance where needed.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Tutorials are clear.
  • Public and Private work boards as an option.
  • Minimal training required to use monday.com

Cons

  • currently i do not have anything that has become an issue
  • monday.com cuts down on meetings about a particular workflow when everyone can see it.
  • It makes everyone accountable in tracking group tasks and meeting deadlines.
I didnt really have much training with monday.com but found it so easy to use and very helpful.
I cannot comment as I have not had to use customer service.
I like using this tool in my daily work life. It keeps track of my tasks, which ones I haven't completed, and new ones assigned to me. If we are working with a few people, it tracks who has read the updates and when thus holding people accountable for missing deadlines.

locking of workboards if there are private matters. however, monday.com shouldn't be used for private matters such as HR.
