Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Use it daily as a project management tool for all our projects, and to manage my remote team. Also use it as a CRM. We have 30+ boards and spend more than 10% of our day in it.
  • Easier project management
Some templates don't make sense. Some templates cripple my computer and make the software slow. Mobile app is not good.
It is fast but the support is not good. Usually get generic answers or answers that don't make sense. Actuallly very frustrating to contact support.
Uptime is good. If it's less than 99% I would not use it.
