It is important to mention that the larger the institution is, proportionally, it faces greater challenges. monday.com has proven to be an excellent tool to overcome a range of these challenges, being a highly adaptable platform in constant development, with a team of consultants always willing to create innovative solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of my organization. My work involves the administrative control of a high number of Public Procurement, with the production of bidding processes, bidding withdrawals, adhesions, among others. monday.com contributed to greater control of processes, with regard to deadlines, communication between the sectors involved, optimizing all stages of the process, in order to obtain greater speed until completion. Since the beginning of monday.com, we have already managed to reduce the deadlines for completing public procurement processes by 10%, with the aim of having a reduction of up to 50%. In addition, it provides statistical management reports that contribute to the manager's decision making.
