Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I utilize Monday to track my tasks, projects, the influencers I work with, product launch campaigns. It is used as a tool to communicate between Product Development and our Marketing team in regard to new products, product changes, etc.

  • I honestly have none, I am very happy with Monday's functionality and how intuitive it is.

Monday is INCREDIBLY intuitive and user-friendly!
I am rating it a 10 on assumption; to be honest, I have never had to use Monday's customer support. That is probably a good thing, though!
I have literally never had an issue with using Monday. I have never come across any glitches/things not working properly.

Monday is well suited for task management, tracking, and communication between teams. The only area that needed improvement for me was tracking our Influencer Marketing program, so I purchased GRIN software to do so. I do not believe this is Monday's fault, though, I was just using the wrong thing.
