Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Organize our tasks lists, create a work flow for tracking candidates, manage review dates and track training programs also. Being able to create multiple boards where all users can go in and review comments, update statuses, etc is really helping us to avoid having to send email recaps/updates. It has also been a great tool for creating automations that follow our desired workflows and keep everyone on the same page!

  • Would love to have a calendar feature that would link up to hire dates for our employees. I'm looking for a way to have automations set up to remind users of when 6 month and annual reviews are due.

The automations have made it very easy to set up workflows for a variety of tasks. Through our recruiting and onboarding process, this has allowed us to monitor where things are at and who is responsible for the various steps along the way. Being able to organize our tasks and then assign items to one another has helped us to no longer need to send multiple emails to update the status of items due.
We haven't reached out to ask for support really at all. The ease of use for this system has been really convenient and while I'm sure we don't know everything related to this platform, what we are using it for has been relatively easy to step up.
Again, this platform has helped keep us organized, on task, things are easy to see updates on without having to rely solely on emails/texts amongst the team. All users have access to the boards we use and assigning items keeps everyone organized and focused. Automations ensure the progression of tasks being completed in a timely fashion as well.

Tracking candidates and clients and being able to organize tasks and assign items to other users. This is extremely helpful since all of our employees are 100% remote. All users can see the same notes/comments/boards and using the automation feature sends certain tasks down the line to various users depending on what needs to be done
