Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have been using monday.com for nearly 1 year. It is definitely a time saver! I and my team use it daily to manage our workload and various projects. I honestly don't know how we could manage our tasks without it. What I love about it is that it is very easy to use and you can import/export your work and any supplemental files you are using. I minimizes the number of files/documents I have to create. It also allows you to share your workflow with external clients -- super good benefit. I plan to use it more in the future.

I need to explore the templates more so I can use them more effectively and that's the only reason why I'm giving it this rate.
I have not had to use it, and that's why I've given it a 10 rating.
Overall performance has been excellent. I have not experienced any downtime.
