Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday is used to document most work flows, Issues, To-Do's and Meetings.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Manage issue lists and task out to-do's
It is easy to work through sub groups (committees and meetings).
The dashboard is easy to use, and shows all my accountabilities in one place.

Cons

Sometimes I find the navigations is a little quirky. May just be me, however I sometimes get lost in how to navigate from one accountability to the next. This could be made easier with a quick search function.

Support Rating

N/A to my role. I have not needed to use the support function.

Reliability & Availability

I really like what monday.com has to offer. I do not fully use it to the extent some colleagues do. However I do not have any significant issues or concerns.

During meetings/zooms, the issue and to functions are very useful and one of my favorite parts of monday.com. The ratings feature for each meeting also is helpful to understand what others thought of the meeting flow, length, content etc...
