Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com helps me efficiently manage the IT day-to-day activities; we can track specific workflows and have many usages for several needs—bugs, monitoring issues, purchasing, security vendor assessments and tracking our IT inventory. The product has excellent visibility and is easy to use by my team members.

Because it's just doing what I need from the product.

I have used many tools in my career but find monday.com much more intuitive than others I used so far for ticketing and tracking IT processes.
Always responsive and helpful.
I can't complain, we had issues with any other product but I don't remember it ever happened with Monday.com
