Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com keeps the marketing team organized. We manage several different brands so Monday allows us to keep track of everything we're doing. Advertising, day to day management, design, social media, email marketing, product development, annual planning, etc. It is largely used by the marketing team, but our production team also uses to track product development and launches.

  • There are some automations I could utilize
  • I'd love for ways for a single board item to appear on multiple boards without having to use the link function.
  • Monday has allowed us to manage our time better and reduce the number of meetings required.
  • It has increased overall visibility to what various teams are working on and their timelines.
  • We have a hard time getting people to actively use Monday. People struggle with committing to trying new tools.
Overall Monday is quite user friendly. There are great templates to start working from and you can customize them from there. Their youtube page and support site provides a lot of information for training/onboarding. I find the automations a little more complex to set up and I would appreciate having a live chat or more one-on-one customer care to help with things like that.
I haven't used the customer support recently. I would appreciate a live chat option.
Monday.com is very reliable - both online and via the app. The only issue I have had is with the Monday.com docs - sometimes that gets glitchy and information has been lost.

Monday is great for teams with a lot on the go, and especially those that work largely remotely. It allows us to stay organized, communicate and manage many projects, both small and big. I use it personally as well. It works best when everyone commits to using it. It would be less appropriate for casual users.
