Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is our project management app. We have teams dispersed globally and are in constant need of streamlining processes and communication. monday.com allows us to easily and seamlessly achieve this.
Pros
- Automation of tasks and forms
- The user interface is functional, beautiful, and very easy to use.
- Dashboard, workspace, and group customizations are powerful.
Cons
- Licensed users vs. guest access is a bit wonky. Currently we can't invite guests with our company domain email - monday.com makes them automatic licenses users.
- Increased employee adoption
- Automated NPS forms/feedback
- Streamlined communication across global teams
We have not experienced any downtime yet. Occasionally I need to relaunch the desktop app to it syncs with the cloud. Other than that, there have been no issues.
