Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We casually use monday.com to track and manage assignments, addressing business task organization and coordination. Our use case primarily focuses on task tracking and team collaboration.

I would rate the overall usability of monday.com as 7. While it's a useful program, I find it slightly challenging to use due to its visually heavy interface and time-consuming learning curve. This detracts from its ease of use and makes it less suitable for quick personal tasks, as I prefer to invest my time in other assignments.
Using monday.com has positively impacted my work tracking and communication with my manager. The features worked as designed, and I found the platform reliable with good uptime. It helped me stay focused and organized in managing my assignments effectively.
