Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are using monday.com for assigning people to single tasks of bigger projects. We ensure that everyone knows what to do, where the priorities are and when the tasks have to be finished. The status of each task indicates how far the progress is. We also keep track of the versions of our products.

monday.com is really easy to use and intuitive. there are also training lessons that help to explore features and ask questions if something is not clear. It's high usability helps to learn the features even for new colleagues.
The customer support is really fast and even adds features on a list that are requested by the customer or helps to find the feature a customer was searching for.
My experience is that all of the provided features are working quite well. The design is nice and the uptime is given to 99.9%. It helped us a lot to prevent different colleagues working at the same thing at the same time.

In my experience, monday.com is well suited for splitting bigger projects into tasks and assigning different people to them. It can easily be used to keep track of the progress of each task and allows to set priorities and death lines. It also allows communication betweeen the colleagues and has some nice visualisations.
