Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Within the marketing team, we use monday.com to track our current projects and upcoming tasks. Having the ability of everyone in the team uploading their part of the project to the one task has made our work so much easier and more efficient. Management have found their lives a lot easier for having that one window view of task status without chasing individuals for where they are with their projects. Having everyone and everything in the one place has been invaluable for us.

  • Clear view of old projects too which we have found very useful
  • Calendar for tracking content and linking to the actual content itself
  • Several departments can work together using monday.com's interface
  • Huge time savings
  • Straightforward project and task planning
  • Easier communication
Really easy to use, everything has been totally straight forward and even on mobile. Usually apps struggle with mobile usability but I haven't had any problems with monday.com. It didn't take long at all to get used to monday.com whereas previous apps have taken the teams longer to grasp.
We haven't yet needed to use the customer service so I've given a 10 as any less would be unfair having not used it and my experience with other aspects has been perfect.
Everything works really well and we are yet to need something from monday.com that it can't fulfil. The task status tracking works perfectly.

The clear view of everyone's task status is really important for us and it has allowed everyone in the team to upload their part of the project in the one place. Previously, we were all contacting each other individually for eachother's project components so that we could move forward with our tasks. This has been very time consuming so monday.com's platform has really allowed us to be more efficient and we've all had more time to spend on other projects. Genuinely haven't yet had any experiences where monday.com hasn't been appropriate for us.
