Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
It's a great tool to have clear overview on what is happening in our team. It's important for us to both create quarterly/monthly roadmaps and follow them up and also to see different statuses of tasks for different team members.
Pros
- Visual and design clarity

- Clear owners and attributions
Cons
- Connections between tasks (for example dependencies) are not always easy or clear
- Filtering by subitems in the timeline views
- Timed saved compared to other tools
- Easier setup for tasks
- Easier to setup charts/timelines/calendars
We use a lot calendars/timelines and normal views for tasks. It has improved or way of communicating and in having a better overview of monthly/quaterly goals and objective and who in the team is responsible for what.
