Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Monday for team management, for managing current tasks, organizational control to ensure execution, and information management of the organization. The software makes it possible to synchronize all the required tasks together with schedules, and to make sure that there are no tasks that the team misses or does not refer to, in addition the automations in the system allow control that each task has a person responsible for its execution

Pros

  • The ability to assign tasks to employees and set schedules
  • Flexibility in creating different boards for each type of project
  • Synchronization with third-party applications

Cons

  • The ability to set a task in the calendar for several hours and not just one hour
  • Full synchronization of Monday with the Google Calendar so that if you change the timing of a task on the calendar it will also be updated on Monday
  • Added a feature that allows you to schedule a task for next week', 'tomorrow', etc
  • Streamlining project management
  • Streamlining the construction of project schedules
  • Streamlining the way projects are controlled
The integrations of third party integrations bring a significant good product compared to the product of 3-4 years ago and compared to the competitors, the way in which third party applications are constantly developing that improve the user experience adds to the confidence that the product is constantly on an improvement graph in relation to time
I did not get to use the support of the software
Monday provides a positive user experience that is constantly improving

Monday is an excellent tool for managing current tasks in the organization, for execution and organizational control, it is used great as a tool for storing useful organizational information, and successfully enables the participation of clients as observers of the progress of the projects

.Monday is less successful in managing the capacity of an employee or team in accordance with real and changing schedules
