Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use Monday for team management, for managing current tasks, organizational control to ensure execution, and information management of the organization. The software makes it possible to synchronize all the required tasks together with schedules, and to make sure that there are no tasks that the team misses or does not refer to, in addition the automations in the system allow control that each task has a person responsible for its execution
Pros
- The ability to assign tasks to employees and set schedules
- Flexibility in creating different boards for each type of project
- Synchronization with third-party applications
Cons
- The ability to set a task in the calendar for several hours and not just one hour
- Full synchronization of Monday with the Google Calendar so that if you change the timing of a task on the calendar it will also be updated on Monday
- Added a feature that allows you to schedule a task for next week', 'tomorrow', etc
- Streamlining project management
- Streamlining the construction of project schedules
- Streamlining the way projects are controlled
Monday provides a positive user experience that is constantly improving
