Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track clients applications, helping us keep notes, updates and all the information related to the applicant in one location. This allows us to collaborate effectively to achieve tasks. We also use monday.com to track our goals, general ideas and client information to be able to email people instantly through the website.

monday.com is designed to have an intuitive, easy-to-use interface featuring 200 templates with automated features and ready for integration with your favorite productivity tools.
I have spoken with customer support several times, and they have always been of great assistance. One time I actually made a request for something to be looked into, the next week there was a worldwide update with my change implemented. Other companies would takes years or never take on customer feedback like monday.com do.
monday.com is great for time management, is very reliable and is great to use.
