Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It has been used as a ticketing system withing my department. A very efficient way to communicate with stakeholders on multiple projects.

  • Streamline dashboard interface
  • Make support button more prominent
  • Enhance aesthetics of board icons
  • Easy to use
  • Time efficiency
It was very easy to navigate and use
I never escalated a support ticket and didn't know this was possible.
