Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I enjoy using monday.com. it helps me to keep a track of projects and key deadlines in one place and provide visibility for managers & other colleagues on currently working on. I love the functionality and specially a big fan of deadline tracker. Ability to plan sprints is super easy. Ever since I started using monday.com I feel I have more transparency on expected deliverables and actual work specially that you work from home.

It is really good and enjoy working with its interfaces. I find once you start using it you can easily get accustomed to its functions, and it allows to interact quite easily even though you are no tech expert. I overall adore user experience & design and colors used on monday.com. Keep it vibrant and moderate.
overall support was quite great. They reach out to and try to resolve problems without hesitation. I had this one situation where I couldn't not access my password and my account got locked. support team was quite helpful to resolve that, and I got it set quickly. I find sometimes verification emails get delay.
Yes absolutely. I already loving the impact it has created so far. work management has become much better after using monday.com and it is something I am looking forward to every sprint it is so much easy to track and transfer workloads. Where have you been all my work life?

Best Suited: I find when working on day-to-day work planning & sprint planning it allows you to be flexible. Works very well for collaborative environment. Because its cloud based very easy to use on the go with other devices.
less Suited: not recommended for detail product launches. Commentary and tracking progress can be further improved.
