Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Central system for managing all projects, tasks and data cleansing when input from more than one person is required. We utilise automations to increase productivity and visibility within our organisation. Not a day goes by without everyone using monday.com

One of the most user friendly platforms which is its main strength. Very easy to train new users to use.
Never required customer support. A bonus in of itself.
We've never experienced any issues with uptime, reliability or its features.

Perfectly suited to almost all projects and data management. Especially useful when many people need to reference the same data set.

Falls down when more advanced formulas or functions are required. We use Excel in those use cases.
