monday.com as our tool for daily internal redesign
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it for several areas of the company, including daily task allocation and follow up for all the employees, tracking design-development-implementation status for all our creation process, documents and calendar tracking for clients, managing social media content for publication, etc.
Pros
- Connecting info from different boards to display dashboards and reduce duplication of entry data points
- Allowing to visualize the same info in different views each designed for a different purpose
- Having multiple ways to implement what you need and allowing connections with different platforms also
Cons
- Sometimes when you don't remember the exact name of a board or in which binder within a workspace you put it is not so easy to find.
- When you are moving tasks from one board from another and the status are different in both boards it sometimes gets messy if you have different status with the same color in both, because they move and grab the status of the previous color they had.
- When you have a file column, if you are not careful you may delete an uploaded file pretty easily
- Helps track intangible results (art) into metric objectives
- We have optimized our creative processes through the digitalization and tracking of every step
The overall experience of using monday.com has been so profound, that we conceive our internal processes as before monday.com and post monday.com
