Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are using Monday.com for saving Passwords, Printing Material, Important Information about our Costumers and make Social Media planning. Sometimes we also use it for planning Campaigns and print objects. There may be some problems in the App use on desktop. If you scroll everything is buggy and needs a long time to load the objects, but overall it is a nice way to organize your business easily.

Pros

  • Easy colouring the single items
  • Easy structuring boards and Information
  • Keeping me in time with the calendar

Cons

  • Long loading times
  • Buggy scrolling in the desktop app
  • Adding a new Element with Enter could be made easier
  • The searching is easy – this saves time
  • Nice structured for finding items easily
  • Teamwork
I think it is easy to manage the boards with your team, so everyone is informed and get messaged if something changes. Everything is easy to find – also for new employees. The only thing I need to say is that you have to open every board for several Teammates which can be annoying with time.
I had some questions a year ago and they where answerd pretty fast and all over the time, that is a quite nice feature. Problems with the Software are not that often so we havn't needed the support quite often!
It is easy to use and if you need some information to one of your clients or need a document you have saved months ago it is a quite cool tool to have every item at one place, online, so you can use it from all over the world.

Monday.com is well suited in organizing and Planning for Social Media. It is also a nice reminder for upcoming events and Dates you shouldn't miss. Sometimes the adding of Elements can be hard because the loadingtime extends.Monday.com is less appropriate for saving raw materials for Print, because the files are to lage and the download lasts really long.
