Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Utilized for project management and transparency to our clients. We track our progress live and utilize other monday.com boards to provide excellent follow-up and tracking.

  • An option for mirrored columns to be shared with users on other boards who do not have access to the main board.
  • We've streamlined our onboarding with monday.com, saving us several hours of work.
  • It makes our clients happy, by creating transparency in an industry where that is hard to find. Resulting in long standing client contracts.
It's super easy to read and understand. The board use is natural, no clunky or confusing views. Clickable menus are in locations that make sense and overall flow feels natural, like reading a book.
In the fast-paced industry I work in the response time to automation and integration issues is not great. Typically, it takes several back-and-forth correspondences that take place over several days.

I also don't find that I actually get any resolution from the Support Team in these situations. Instead, the problem will either resolve itself in a week or so, or I have to start the process from scratch.
Overall performance is great, in 2 years I can count on my hand how many times monday.com crashed. Down-time was also minimal, under 30 minutes. The reliability of this product is one of the number one reasons we use it. To ensure information is stored, shared, and available to our system users 24/7.

monday.com is an absolute life saver! My organization relies on monday.com to spearhead all of our project and client management needs. Everything from set up of boards to execution is intuitive, without a steep learning curve. I even started using monday.com to organize my home-life. It can handle incoming lead potentials, or even allow for submission requests for users via forms.
