Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We rely heavily on monday.com to keep our team organized with all the aspects of the projects we handle. All important details like dates, addresses, products, and links are shared across all the team members and are made visible for easy access anytime. It makes information readily available whenever we need it.

Pros

  • It is easier to work as a team with monday.com
  • All the information we need is in this central system.
  • It massively helps us organize all of our projects.

Cons

  • The notifications can sometimes flood and others will be easily missed.
  • I wish monday.com has a way of exporting data.
  • Better how to's to maximize our usage of monday.com. There is not a lot of videos to help.
  • monday.com has definitely saves us time in the sense that it helps us remember tasks that are still unticked.
  • It helps in faster collaboration within the team.
  • It is a very helpful system for the whole aspect of the company's business.
monday.com can be intimidating to look at at first but once you get the hang of using it, you will find that you would not want to depart from using it because if helps you organize your daily tasks and helps you revisit past aspects of your projects. It can give you a snapshot of how the company is doing.
monday.com suits very well when the company manages a lot of projects with many project managers and teams
