Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

As a Marketing and PR Agency, we have several companies to give service and follow up diferent projects. monday.com has been a resourceful platform to backup all the workloads within the company.

Pros

  • Deconstruct projects into subtasks
  • Assign people in charge of each task
  • Have a time frame for each project

Cons

  • Having individual workloads until the ultimate version is quite a bummer
  • I'm still discovering functions but I think that it requires a tad more of email functions embed
  • Faster meetings with customers to follow up ongoing projects
Inmy opinion is like a super charged excel, what I mean is that it has an almost unlimited potential to manage the operation, but it requires lots of preparations to unleash the potential it has.
We have support from the vendor Devoteam and they have always responded swiftly and constantly are giving webinars and courses to discover functionalities
As I mentioned earlier in this survey, I'm still discovering all the potential, but so far the platform has been a real suppor tool to improve the company operation.
