Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday to manage and improve our project management. We trying to use it in every single interaction between teams. We usually make Gantt, Customers info, Automatization with notifications etc.

Because i think that monday works very well, but like i said before i feel that we need more tools for project management. For example, when you work in project management we always need data and automatization, the analytics of monday are simple, and sometimes we need more personalization on that, in the other hand, the automatization are "limited" especially when you are creating one.
i have never use the customer service, but other partners said that it's very good
Very well, i think that monday always is working, i've never saw bugs o glitch in the plataform. The biggest impact of monday in our organization is the time saving when we are looking for info about customer and project, it's a real good plataform in that cases, very recommended

I feel that monday is very usefull when you need to organice and follow interactions between teams, or when you need to see information in a single place. However when we try to use it in a project management y think that monday needs to improve their scope in those cases
