Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is a very intuitive platform that allows you to easily customize your boards and create project plans, organize data, keep track of inventory, CRM, etc. The software is continuously improving with new features and formulas and the customer service is exceptional. I truly like it and I recommend it to any company no matter the size if they want to keep their data readily available, accessible and organized.

- I have had difficulty creating formulas at times.
- When you have submenus, you are not allowed to filter on those
- Extremely helpfull with billing and collections
- Allows you to easily keep track of payments
- Allows you to easily forecast revenue
It decreases waste of time, having to manage data with multiple tools, everything is centralized
