monday.com is the best app if you're looking to streamline organization

Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are a remote company that manages many clients, so monday.com allows us to organize our information while also streamlining our process. It helped our business functionality become much smoother being able to assign tasks to employees, and also update one another on where projects are with timelines, due dates, etc.

Pros

  • Having a formula in boards so you can easily track hours x hourly rate to = total of work tracked
  • Assign tasks to different employees
  • Have the ability to set deadlines
  • Have the ability to update where each project is
  • It saves us lots of time being able to communicate with coworkers through the app
  • It saves us time being able to share things back and forth & updating boards without having to meet
  • It saves us time being able to have the board do calculations for us = we use it to track hours worked x hourly rate to total it up automatically
I would rate monday.com a 10/10 every single time because of how organized it keeps my coworkers and I. Being a remote business, sometimes we face difficulties and have miscommunications. monday.com allows us to be able to streamline these processes so we are able to stay organized and on top of tasks. There are tons of board tools and templates that we love to use, which is why we stay so organized time after time again.
I haven't had an experience where I need to reach out to support, though I'm sure they would be great. Within a year of using monday.com, I've always found it to be super user friendly. If I have ever had any questions, I've just looked for a support article or explanation, but I've never run into that issue.
I have yet to run into any issue while working with monday.com. Every single board, template, formula, etc. that I have utilized through monday.com has worked effectively and has never given me any sort of issue. I always find monday.com to be reliable, even through mobile when I can't access my computer.

I think monday.com is great for any remote business. Not being able to see your coworkers daily or have a daily meeting to run through a to-do list is difficult at times, which is why having a platform that can organize and streamline the process is great. I would say it might not be AS useful for a business that is in person, but I know it would still significantly help with organization. It's great.
