Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We currently use monday.com across our headquarters to manage both internal and cross-departmental projects, day-to-day tasks, and implementation. We've been able to streamline how we communicate with each other in our department and see to it that projects are completed while meeting the laid out objectives. While our department uses it pretty extensively, other departments are still getting used to the product comparatively as they previously used Trello, which just doesn't have the capabilities that monday.com does.

monday.com is highly user friendly. It is helpful to use the pre-made templates that already have the built-in functionality you are looking for with minimal upfront work to build it out. I've also found that starting with templates also helped me make custom boards quicker as I can see how the template connected those workflows and build a custom workflow myself.
We love our dedicated account success manager. She has been extraordinarily helpful in onboarding the team. I wish they did provide more seats for their product certification course so we didn't have to pick and choose so carefully who got to learn about the platform.
I have not seen any issues regarding product uptime. monday.com is designed extraordinarily well. It is easy to use and the appearance is helpful

monday.com is well-suited for a lot of applications. Not only is it helpful in the obvious use cases of project management or task management, it truly functions as more of a universal tool for day-to-day work. I highly suggest working with all departments and stakeholders to align on how it will be used, so that the true extent of its functionality can be taken advantage of.
