Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday for just about everything in order to stay organized and to keep everyone on the team on the same page with various boards ranging from Content Schedules, Execution Calendars to Sales Pipelines. We have general boards that encompass entire workflows to more specific boards built out to outline deliverables per client.

The usability is very straightforward. Bravo.
Haven't had the need for customer service support. The only thing that is tricky is billing and user management, which are sometimes confusing and complicated.
There have been a few times where the Monday.com app has been down which disrupts workflow, but that happens with any software occasionally.
