Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as our project management tool and also a CRM like tool to help us track client progress and our projects. monday.com is a great tool to organize our builds and help us communicate between departments. As the operations manager, I can review my team's progress and communicate the next steps all in one place. It is the ultimate efficiency tool.

Super user-friendly. The platform isn't made to complicated, and everything is labeled clearly. The UI/UX of the system is easy to learn and was built to be fast and easy to navigate. The system also integrates well with several other tools to help with full connectivity. Great tool and easy for beginners
The few times I needed to use the 24/7 customer support, it was quick and reliable. The people on the line were there and ready to solve your issues. The wait times were shorter than other software out there, and they typically could resolve the issue over the phone and in a short time frame.
Overall, the features we use daily are reliable and operate accordingly. There are few times when the features are down or not functioning. When they do go down we only are down for a few hours at most.
