Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Monday everyday for managing tasks with my team. This has become a very easy way to track and keep on top of due tasks throughout the company. It centilises our work load and visually breaks the information up so it it is easier to digest. Being able to prioritise different cards with the custom Status' is very helpful.

Pros

  • General layout and colour of the interface is brilliant! Very easy to read
  • Coloured status bar is extremely helpful to prioritise tasks
  • Being able to tag assistance with other colleagues so that they can see what stage or what is required is a very easy way to keep the team up to date

Cons

  • I don't have many improvements. Maybe to make the dashboard a little more customisable with the colours so you can add your own brand palette?
  • I actually loved the previous side bar before the new update was released. Still getting used to the new layout!
  • time savings across all departments - this is due to the functionality of the assigned from section
  • Easier to get the ball rolling with prioritising tasks thanks to the help go the Status cards
I gave Monday a 10 because up until I joined Hurree, I had never used it. This was a totally new product for myself. I was instantly hooked due to the ease and layout - I am able to set up new groups with lots of task which is very helpful for me as design can have so many different aspects that need looked at and this can be resolved in a nice simple task list
I have never had to use Mondays support as the usability of the platform itself is very simple and easy to use. So far, no issues!
The reliability of Monday has never let me down. Everything works as it should and more! It makes my life so much easier seeing all the due tasks displayed in colour coordination.

Monday is well suited to our team (design) as we use it everyday for out task management. It centralises all our work load and people can be assigned appropriotly which is amazing for the team. I can't actually think of less appropriate scenarios as I think it is a brilliant platform!
