Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I utilize monday.com every single day with extreme trust. I manager 60 ongoing project and implementations at any given time and the boards and fields and offerings we take advantage of are life saving. We're able to track communication with the customers, add notes, upload files. I can EASILY know where every customer is on their journey at any given time. We've also integrated automations and connected Slack so we can celebrate within our company channels when a customer is fully onboarded.

- The Slack integrations are a bit limited and needs improvement
- I've been able to successfully track timing for every product over the years and figure out where the lag begins. This has proven key in customer adoption and hitting company OKRs.
I've used all the features to the max and it's been monumental in our work. We're tracking products and how long customers take to onboard and where the lags are. It's been a game changer!
