Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

As a Marketing agency, we have many moving parts and creative deliverables for the clients that we work with. More than that, our team is spread out across the country, so we need to track all work in the system and our general operations as a business. monday.com has been the perfect solution to assist us with all of this. It has allowed us to track all work in the system, help manage our people operations, finance and sales tracking, as well as improve workflow between departments. Importantly, it's also helped us automate processes to free up time and resources within our agency.

  • We use it for our Sales Pipeline and financial modelling to determine whether we're on track with our financial targets.

  • More automations for status changes - especially with mirrored columns.
  • More automations in general for mirrored columns
  • Automations and formulas that work specifically with a group rather than just a column.
  • Automation of tasks on monday.com has freed up my team's time.

  • Greater collaboration between departments, as there is greater transparency of work in the system and what everyone is busy with.
  • Improvement in our people operations - both talent management and acquisition.
monday.com is extremely intuitive and easy to use - especially when a board is set up. So, this works perfectly for my team. It can, however, be a little trickier to set up boards and automations, which is particularly the case when it comes to how to use mirrored columns and formulas to get different boards to speak to each other. But, overall, it's the easiest tool that I've worked with for our business.
We've not needed any support from the monday.com team - most can easily be resolved using their guides or via the monday.com forums.
We've generally had a very positive experience using monday.com. It has helped us automate several parts of our business, all while improving workflows and collaboration within our team. While there are always new features that we look out for to help us be even better, it has added tremendous value to our business and the way that we deliver great work to our clients.

monday.com has become a perfect tool for us to manage workflows and client deliverables. We're able to track the progress of every task, assign responsibilities, manage dependencies, flag any issues, all while tracking everything against client expectations and deliverables. The platform is also great for managing our internal operations and people. This includes managing performance reviews and KPIs, operation requests, training schedules, resource allocations, hiring plans, budgets, and our financial modelling for our agency.
