Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is used a planner for prospective workers and tracking jobs and their requirements. It is also used to track consultant target and assist sales and operations in Client contact.

Pros

  • allowing email updates to log contact
  • shows last updated to actually show timescales as to when an item was last interacted with
  • flexibility to make the system really work for you

Cons

  • automations are not flexible enough and some tasks it will simply not allow you to do.
  • forms need to be created from scratch rather than using a template.
  • sub items are fiddly not easily allowing the adding up of multiple rows for say month total and overall.
  • saves a lot of time
  • makes collaboration on projects very easy
  • forms allows the quick input of information completed by the worker
it is incredibly easy to use and the automations make the system work for you moving items or updating them automatically. the automations library makes this area easy to use or creat your own where you simply type out what you want the system to do and it helps you with prompts.
monday.com preforms incredibly well with our task management individually or as a team and being able to flick between projects with ease, making collaboration on projects a breeze. Automations can sometimes act slowly on boards with large amounts of data and once or twice the 'update via email' feature has failed not allowing an update before being resolved quite quickly.

great in the first half of the recruitment process managing workers for interview and induction.

not great for managing them once in work or already on our other CRM
