monday.com works well for breaking big tasks into small ones

Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have been using monday.com since 2012. Then the service was called Dapulse. We use this tool to work simultaneously on multiple projects by different people. As a result, our internal mails have decreased by 95%. It is nice to keep an overview of the various projects and tasks in this way.

Pros

  • Divide large tasks into small tasks.
  • Provide clarity about the status of a task.
  • Easily transfer a task to a colleague.

  • Show more example templates.
  • Making the mobile phone interface clearer.
  • Making the application faster.

It would be great if there were more different versions per item. Now it is the case that there is a template for a certain situation, but it is not usable for us because our working method is too far removed from the template that is given. We are looking for extra templates.
Nice that there is always a quick response by e-mail. They are substantive answers that always solved my problem or situation. Even during the weekend I received a quick response so that I could continue with my work. I also used the helpdesk a number of times via the chat function. That went just as fast.
t has happened that monday.com stopped working. Fortunately, we were always quickly told that there was a malfunction and that this would be resolved as soon as possible. In practice, this took no more than a few minutes. Even on weekends or late at night this was very quickly resolved.

For us, working internally with monday.com has ensured that we work much more efficiently. In particular, the status of a project is now immediately clear and sending emails internally is no longer necessary. Finally, it is very nice that we can now easily work on different projects simultaneously. The scrum parts that are included work very well.
