Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have a better way to organize all the deliverables per corporate partner. Also, we know exactly what is happening and who is responsible for a specific task or deliverable. Monday.com definitely helps us to keep ourselves organized and follow all the processes in every way we can. I believe that we are able to provide a better service thanks to this project management tool.

Pros

  • Keeps everything organized in every dashboard.
  • Having due dates that helps us to prioritize all the tasks.
  • Knowing who is responsible for specific tasks.
  • We can follow the processes from start to finish.

  • More options for the forms. I feel that they are pretty generic.

I think that Monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use. We have not spent a lot of time training our staff to be able to use the platform and take advantage of all the benefits. Although, I think that the customization part can be better, I really think that it is a very easy platform to understand.
I personally have not used this feature, so I am not able to provide a review on this. Maybe we can leverage it to be able to understand how we can customize our dashboards and be able to have better results on the way we are managing our projects and tasks.

I would totally recommend this tool to any kind of business or organization. It will help the team to have a better understanding on everything that happens in the organization, and also it helps managers to visualize a project from start to finish. Also, if they are any hurdles, you can act quickly on them and solve problems.
