Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
As a business owner, using monday.com for social media content management and project management is very helpful, especially for a small startup company. My team and I can easily add projects to each line item and manage until it gets completed. I can also go in there to check on the status before requesting additional information from the team. We have the ability to upload documents which is great to go back to without having to search your inbox. You can also make multiple boards, making it even better to get organized. I have social media management, project management, and operations. So far, it's great.

- The ability to have multiple boards and you can categorize accordingly.
- The ability to create subitems per projects which we love. We can have one topic with multiple ideas for social media for that topic.
- The ability to email people through Monday.com and see if they read it or not.

- So far everything has been great with what we're using the platform for - organizing our tasks, projects, and social media.
- Perhaps functions to connect with social media.
- Easy set up of project management boards and the automation to move completed projects to different group.
- Easy automation to move completed items to different boards and notifying team member when it's ready for their part to completing the work.
- Easy setup for CRM and adding new prospect. Easy setup to be able to send emails through the app.
