Very nice
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it a lot for : perf reviews, SCRUM (sprint planning meeting, sprint review, retrospective, ...), also as a tool for workshops, business cases (market research, benchmark,...), opportunity trees, planning project, ... It can be use as a solo sandbox or a cooperative support for meetings whether formal or more informal (ice breaking for instance).
Pros
- Give many useful tools to collaborate
- Be very clear and easy to use
- Allow users to be creative
Cons
- Offline use is a big problem for me as I sometimes wish to use Miro on the train for instance.
- Offer even more templates
- Link to Jira is too weak
- SCRUM method is mostly done on Miro in my team so it help us to be more efficient.
- Miro is my main support for business case, therefore I'm more efficient .
- I feel also very efficient as a team to work on the same board with my colleagues.
Almost everyone on the team work from different places. Being able to have a centralized Miro board with the team is a great way to create bridges between us. It's fully customizable and help us with the team spirit. Outside of the team, it's nice to have an easy to use tool with everyone.

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
- Ease of Use
I did not personally purchase Miro, it was kind of THERE to be honest. But I quickly understood how to use it because it is EASY TO USE and also easy to explain to people that don't use it too much (in workshop for instance). + I find it way easier that PowerPoint for instance.
I'm not sure to understand the question ... I don't wish to change my evaluation and selection process... I meant what I said about Miro being a great tool and a great way to approach sharing with my colleagues my work. I also like the way Miro evolves with time and always offer new possibilities.
Miro Implementation
- None, i don't know
1000 - Honestly I'm not sure, I just know that Miro is a widely used tool in my company. I mainly use it with product teams, POs, UX UI teams, experience, Business Unit teams, Marketing teams, ... Overall we use it for workshops, presentations, organization, project management, .. But I expect to be able to use it with even more people around the organization
1 - I honestly don't know AT ALL as I was never in the position to ask them personally. I expect from them quick answers and a disponible to help me at any time. But as Miro was never a problem for me, I never had to ask for any help with the tool.
Miro Support
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
None | None |
I don't know, I am not responsible for buying. I suppose that I have a premium account since my company uses it so much (and is pretty big), but I don't know the limitations of a non-premium account.
I never used it ... So again I really don't have any answer to provide regarding Miro client support. Again, I just wish for it to be quick to respond (even if it's just to say that the request is in process...) and just have a human to work with not just a robot.
Using Miro
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
Like to use Easy to use Well integrated Quick to learn Feel confident using | Unnecessarily complex Requires technical support Inconsistent Cumbersome Lots to learn |
- Post it
- Templates
