Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use MIRO in our organization to work on shared document for a lot of contributors, create roadmap, share feedbacks.
It allows to adress cross functionnal scope when working with a lot of people, everyone having one link and be able to regroup at the same place.
It is also great for workshops, with timer, music etc...

Pros
- Roadmap Creation
- Workshops animation
- Shared space for everyone
Cons
- More minimalists icons
- Figma like features
- Auto layout for post its for example (section dedicated and auto regroup "in line" etc)
- Improve projects productivity
- Improve projects cross functionnal visibility
- Improve cross functionnnal alignmeent
As said, Miro is the perfect fit for remote workers are we are able to collaborate together even if we are not at the same place. It's easy, we book a meeting, a create a Miro board, we work together. After collectives sessions, it's easy to come back on the board to gather ideas, regroup, work a cleaner version and share it with people. In my organization, since COVID, people are using Miro everyday to collaborate, it's much easier than other softwares.
- Figma and Microsoft 365
In my organization, we use the 3 products. I think that they complete each others.
At the same time, Figma is a really greate option to do more features while being collaborative.
Miro is so much greater for plannification and workshops and roadmap creation etc... I did not use already the AI feature but looking forward to use it !
