Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a product manager, I use it for a variety of things. Firstly on Product discovery: problem statement identification, user journey (UX) analysis, brainstorming solutions, mapping out requirements, new journey flows. Then on agile ceremonies: team retrospectives, sprint reviews, stand ups. Miro allows me to do all of these things within one easy to use tool.
Pros
- Easy to create UX flows
- Easy to collaborate with team members
- Visually nice to look at
Cons
- Uploading images is hidden away a bit
- Improved productivity
Our start up is remote and global. Using Miro makes it super easy to collaborate with my designer for example, who is based in Malaysia (I'm in the UK). We're not always online at the same time, so being able to leave comments, and work on our projects through Miro is ideal.
Figma's Figjam offering is the closest thing to Miro I have used. It still doesn't match Miro in terms of ease of use though. With Miro it's a lot easier to start boards from scratch with the tools available. Maybe it's because I haven't used Figjam as much, but whenever I have vered back to Miro as that's what I'm used to.
