Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for strategic planning sessions with customers to identify problems , strategize and optimize business workflows processes. Then I develop a number of use cases with them and plot those on a timeline. It is usually an iterative process where in a number of session we go back and forward in those different exercises.
Pros
- Miro is flexible you can curate any exercise you want
- Miro is perfect for brainstorming it allows everyone to time in.
- collaboration both synchronous and asynchronous
Cons
- for example the tally of dot voting and push those in a table
- i would like Miro to be able to design BPMN workflows on deeper levels , when you click on the plus you can't design a level lower. you have to create a new pool
- integration with other software could be better, it is a stand alone tool , I like that you can it embed with teams, but there is much more possible
- happier clients, the love to collaboration between them and a consultant
- they can reflect and discuss internally , make updates to the board to they come to the next session better prepared.
- People made quicker progress and needed fewer consultative sessions since visualize is on of the best approaches to problem solving
We are a remote global business and work together all the time virtually on Miro. It has been a tremendous help to facilitate different time zones, the Miro board and the recording allowed people to catch up and contribute to the board during their work hours. It saves us a lot of time in trying to get everyone in the same room.
