Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro as a collaboration tool with clients. It's a great virtual whiteboard for gathering ideas, grouping, prioritising, and showing prototypes and iterations in design. It's fantastic and makes it easy to do the work!

Pros

  • Retro.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Facilitating workshops.

Cons

  • Sometimes the features get sticky and don't work. Eg. moving from hand to editing.
  • More formatting like PPT, align bullet points.
  • I would appreciate tips on how to balance the size of posts and the % view on screen. I always mess that up.
  • Improved productivity.
I haven't explored the ease of integration into other apps too much, but I have copied and pasted data into PPT, and that works well.
Miro is great for working with clients in distributed locations. It's easy for clients to sign up and use.
