Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In Coca-Cola Hellenic, we use Miro mainly during our Agile Product Increment Planning Events to reflect cross-team dependencies, backlog items, plans, problems, risks, management escalations, external vendor involvement, and capacity needs. One quite practical and very good use of Miro boards within our PI events is to reflect the "Speed Dating" sessions between the different agile teams.
Pros
- Enable online multi-users collaboration.
- It has quite user-friendly and intuitive user interface.
- It is very good tailored tool to facility Agile methodology.
Cons
- Ease for export to Excel or Word to follow-up on the captured items.
- Limited text formatting capabilities.
- It would be helpful to convert the Miro captured items into Azure DevOps backlog items.
- Improve Agile PI events facilitation and coordination.
- Enable online and live interaction between 20+ agile teams across many remote locations.
- It isn't easy to export the captured PI planning items and follow up on their progress in Excel.
Miro is instrumental and well-suited for remote teams' online collaboration and live interaction between many Agile teams. We tried to use other tools for such online collaboration before Miro. They were nowhere close to as useful as Miro, and everybody has recognized and appreciated the improvement it brought to our company.
