Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Two major purposes to use Miro:
- Facilitation
of team meetings or recurring events
(e.g.
PI Planning)
- Structured
creative / brainstorming events (e.g. problem solving, client ideation workshops)
Facilitation of team meetings: as Miro provides a highly leveraged collaboration platform and enables to easily reuse created boards, we can easily work together and still close off our meetings with a structured and comparible overview over different meetings outputs.

Cons
- Easily finding back boards - overview of multiple Miro boards
- Automatically add contributor name to e.g. post-its
- Better template search: not always easy to find template that matches needs
- Integration with e.g. Powerpoint to easily transfer outcomes to slides
- Structured reporting
- Improved collaboration
Easily bringing together remote people: working remote but still being able to work together like it would be at the office.
