Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Two major purposes to use Miro:
- Facilitation
of team meetings or recurring events
(e.g.
PI Planning)
- Structured
creative / brainstorming events (e.g. problem solving, client ideation workshops)

Facilitation of team meetings: as Miro provides a highly leveraged collaboration platform and enables to easily reuse created boards, we can easily work together and still close off our meetings with a structured and comparible overview over different meetings outputs.

Pros

  • Structure
  • Collaboration
  • Templated overviews

Cons

  • Easily finding back boards - overview of multiple Miro boards
  • Automatically add contributor name to e.g. post-its
  • Better template search: not always easy to find template that matches needs
  • Integration with e.g. Powerpoint to easily transfer outcomes to slides
  • Structured reporting
  • Improved collaboration
I loved the integration with Jira/Atlassian!
Easily bringing together remote people: working remote but still being able to work together like it would be at the office.
Easy-to-use, intuitive
Easy to prepare / structure
Very visual / appealing
Easy to integrate with e.g. Jira
